Mukesh Ambani’s UAE villa is no match for Dubai’s most expensive house, which is over twice the price of the billionaire’s sea facing home.

Last year, reports emerged of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani purchasing an ultra-luxury and expensive mansion in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). However, his luxurious home in the UAE is no match for the most expensive house in Dubai.

While Mukesh Ambani’s house in Dubai is worth Rs 650 crore and is located in the posh area of Palm Jumeirah, the most expensive house in Dubai is located in the Emirates Hills neighborhood and screams luxury. The mansion is named ‘Marble Palace’.

The Marble Palace was dubbed the most expensive house in Dubai after it was put up for sale for a whopping 750 million dirhams (USD 204 million)  on the official website of Sotheby’s International Realty, with its value being over Rs 1,671 crore in Indian currency.

Dubai’s most expensive house has nearly 60,000 square feet of indoor space and resembles Parisian architecture. The house is called the Marble Palace because it is made entirely of marble shipped from different countries, which cost around Rs 226 crore.

The construction of the Marble Palace took 12 years to complete, and the entire house was finally finished in 2018, and put up for sale in 2023. Apart from the tons of marble, the palace also has 7 lakh sheets of gold intricately laid in the framework of the house.

Despite the massive square footage of the Marble Palace, it only has five bedrooms. The lavish house has 19 bathrooms, parking for 15 cars, both indoors and outdoors pool and a coral reef aquarium, as well as a massive golf course.

While Mukesh Ambani’s UAE home is no match for Dubai’s most expensive house, his home in Mumbai – Antilia – is the second most expensive house in the world, priced at approximately Rs 15,000 crore.
