Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony held in Mumbai at Jio World Convention Centre. The Ambani family were dressed to their best and Nita Ambani was seen flaunting her Mughal era Mirror of Paradise diamond ring at the couple’s reception and its price will leave you shocked.
Nita Ambani has been ruling over social media for her on-point fashion game at her son Anant Ambani’s wedding festivities. For her son’s wedding reception titled Mangal Utsav, Nita Ambani opted for a custom pink multi-resham kadhwa floral woven brocade saree embellished with real silver embroidery designed by Manish Malhotra and accessorized the regal saree with some of the most expensive jewelry pieces from her collection.
However, what became the highlight of her outfit was the diamond ring called mirror of paradise. The diamond ring weighs 52.58 carats, features tapered baguette-cut diamonds, and is a D-colour diamond. It was originally mined in the Golconda region of India, and it reportedly cost a whopping USD 6.5 million, which is approximately Rs 54 crore. The ring was previously sold in 2019 at Christie's auction as the part of Maharajas and Mughal auction.
This is not the first time Nita Ambani is wearing this diamond ring. She was earlier seen flaunting this diamond ring at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's hastakshar ceremony which took place in March 2024 and before this, she was also seen wearing this at the NMACC inauguration ceremony's day 2 with a champagne-gold Valentino gown.
Meanwhile, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's wedding was a grand affair and the videos of Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Madhuri Dixit and others went viral on social media.
