Forget grueling gym sessions and endless runs; Madhavan's secret weapon is chewing. Yes, you read that right. The actor claims he chewed each bite of food 45-60 times. Coupled with intermittent fasting, early nights, and plenty of green veggies, Madhavan shared his fitness secrets in an interview with Curly Tales.

After gaining weight for his directorial debut, "Rocketry: The Nambi Effect," Madhavan shed those extra pounds in just 21 days without intense workouts or running. The 54-year-old actor emphasized the importance of mindful eating, saying, "Drink your food and chew your water."

Madhavan's regime included having his last meal by 6:45 pm, consisting solely of cooked food, as he avoids anything raw after 3 pm. He also highlighted the benefits of early morning long walks, early nights with deep sleep, and no screen time at least 90 minutes before bed. His diet was rich in fluids and green vegetables, focusing on easily metabolized and healthy foods while strictly avoiding anything processed.
