Ritu Beri will only show at select fashion weeks

Fashion designer Ritu Beri has decided to get selective. She will only roll out a line when she is motivated and inspired to create something new. This means now onwards she will not show at all the fashion weeks. She says, “I always believed in quality over quantity. I have decided that from now on I will only do limited work that inspires me and make lines that drive me to go through the grind. I will not work just because I need to have a line for a season or show something at a fashion week. It has been an emotional decision but that’s what I want to do.” She adds, “From now on my line will be exclusive, catering only to my long faithful clients. I’m not saying that I will quit showing at fashion weeks or not come with seasonal lines but I will do it at my pace and not because I have to because it’s part of the routine. I have been my biggest critic and I think it’s time that I slow down and concentrate on limited but exquisite work.”
