The youngest daughter of the Birla household has the hots for a mid-town dish. And Shloka (right) is not the only one.

This talk doing the rounds of Mumbai town is not a notorious townie or a trouble-making heir(ess) — it’s a strip of dead fish. And it’s literally on fire. Stacked all the way up on the 37th floor of the St Regis in Lower Parel, the Japanese restaurant Yuuka has many townie guests salivating for more. Simply called ‘Salmon on fire’ (far right), the intriguing dish comprises seasoned salmon strips left out to smoke over a small coal fire right on your table.

It’s so popular that when the restaurant is full, admirers sit at the Chinese restaurant next door and order it over from Yuuka. Shloka is often seen repeating her meals here, as are star kids set on a pre-debut diet.
