Blue NileType: Built upGlass: Hurricane glass

Ingredients: Blue Curacao — 30mlLime Juice — a dash of 7up Soda

Method: Pour the blue curacao in the glass, add a dash of lime juice, four cubes of ice, 7up and top this with soda.

Shirley TempleType : Built upGlass: Champagne tulip

Ingredients:Orange Squash —15mlRose syrup — 15mlLime juice — a dashSoda  

Method: Pour the rose syrup in the glass, add crushed ice, add the orange squash and a dash of lime juice. Top this with soda.

Thai peiType: StirredGlass: Brandy Goblet

IngredientsApple juice —120ml Sour mix—20 ml

Method:Pour all the ingredients in a cocktails shaker. Add crushed ice. Shake well and pour the mixture in the  glass.

Khus CoolerType: Built upGlass: Pilsner glass

Ingredients: Khus syrup — 30mlLime juice — a dash Salt and pepper — a pinch of 7up, soda

Method: Pour the khus syrup in the glass, add crushed ice, a dash of lime juice, salt and pepper  and top with 7up and soda.
