Three persons were killed while one received 100% burn injuries due to a fire that broke out in a slum in Darukhana in Sewri on Sunday morning.
According to fire brigade control room, the fire broke out at around 4:30 am and was doused at around 5 am.
Anita Batra, aged 31, Pooja Batra, aged 3 and Pradeep Batra, aged 1, were declared dead by doctors at JJ hospital.
Another victim Laxmi Batra, 6, who received 100% burn injuries, has been admitted in JJ hospital.
