The event is co-sponsored by Nandan Buildcon and Suhana. India is a melting pot of diverse cultures, each following its own traditions, cuisines and festivities. However, there is this wonderful unity in diversity. The extravaganza will bring together different cultural communities under one roof and enable them to showcase their individual traditions, cuisines, arts and crafts. Various communities such as Jain, Gujarati, Punjabi / Sikh, Maharashtrian and South Indian from across Pune will come together to showcase their traditions, cuisines and cultural activities.

The carnival is a three-day extravaganza with each community showcasing its traditions, crafts, cuisines and other activities that are integral part of their communities. Each day will end with relevant social messages which the communities, as a whole, would like to convey to the audience.

Issues addressed will include topics that concern the well-being of society as a whole. A separate stall will be dedicated to NGOs where the audiences will be educated about the activities of the NGOs. This is for the first time that Pune would experience a colourful display of all cultures.
