An Air India plane with 123 passengers and crew on board landed under emergency conditions at the airport in Thiruvananthapuram today after a minor defect was detected in its hydraulic system.

The Bangalore-Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram flight was scheduled to land in Thiruvananthapuram at 11.45am. But after the snag was detected all precautions for a safe landing were taken and it touched down at 12.15pm, they said.
