DSK Developers has come up with a major township, ‘Meghmalhar’ Phase-ll, on Sinhagad Road. Booking for the apartments in the project has begun and it is receiving a good response, according to president of DSK group, DS Kulkarni.
A discount of Rs4 lakh to Rs8 lakh is offered to those who book flats by January 8.
Spanish architecture has been used in the project designed by well-known architect, Hafiz Contractor. It is adorned with a podium garden of 1.2 lakh square feet. A lawn for parties, playground for children and facilities like basketball court, skating rink, herbal plantation and senior citizens’ plaza are available.
The project, comprising five buildings of 12 storeys each, is situated amidst nature. One and two BHK flats are available. International schools, hospitals, malls, hotels and multiplexes are available in the nearby area. Autorickshaws are easily available from the site to go anywhere in the city.
A special vehicle will be available for site visit from DSK office on Jungli Maharaj Road. DSK Developers developed the first major township, DSK Vishwa, to make all necessary facilities available to people near their home.
