Nirmiti Developers and Guardian Promoters have joined hands to build an exclusive four BHK lifestyle apartments adjoining Fili Villa in Baner. Fili Villa, the current residence of Lila and Firoz Poonawalla, would be retained and converted into a museum.
This was announced by Sunil and Nitin Puranik, directors of Nirmiti Developers, and Manish Sabade, director of Guardian Promoters and Developers, during a press conference held in the city recently.
Firoz and Lila Poonawalla were also present on the occasion. They were visibly excited about the project.
Baner is fast becoming the most sought after locality due to its proximity to the Pune-Mumbai expressway, the Rajiv Gandhi IT Park and the upcoming industrial hub of Chakan.
The project would offer lifestyle homes for those who prefer the perfect blend of style, comfort and luxury. The project’s name would be Fili Villa and the key highlights would be luxury and privacy amidst the safety of an apartment.
Said Sabade, “This 11-storey building will house 4 BHK ultra-luxurious apartments with sizes ranging from 2,300 square feet to 2,700 square feet. Apart from spaciousness, the project would also be high on amenities and specifications.”
Architect Vikas Achalkar will work on the project. Some of the amenities being offered at Fili Villa include mechanised parking, motion sensors in lobbies, well-equipped club house and gymnasium, party terrace with a bar and barbeque counter, vermiculture composting, garbage chutes and solar heating systems.
House bookings started
on Saturday and would be
completed by March 2014.
