The family of Anuj Bidve, who was killed in Manchester, has decided to go to the UK to bring back his body as they are yet to receive any news in this regard.

The family of Pune boy, Anuj Bidve, who was killed in Manchester, has decided to go to the United Kingdom to bring back his body as they are yet to receive any news in this regard from the Brit authorities.

“We visited the VFS office and collected information on urgent visa application. We would start the visa process today. We are being offered help from lot of people abroad, friends of Anuj and strangers too but the United Kingdom police wish to only deal with family.

“To expedite process and also complete formalities at Lancaster Universities and bring his stuff back, we would go to the UK,” said Rakesh Sonawane, Anuj’s brother—in-law. Rakesh said he would be accompanied by Anuj’s father Subhash, a retired IAF staffer.
