Now, citizens can find out their polling booth online. There are 1,330 polling booths set up for the PCMC civic poll 2012 to be held on February 16.

Addressing the media, PCMC commissioner Ashish Sharma said, “The PCMC will also take the help of volunteers to spread public awareness regarding polling booths on the election day.”

The voting will start from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm. A total of 473 buildings are finalised for polling booths, including 172 that belong to the civic body and 297 private properties.

The citizens have to type their name in the search engine to get details of their ward number and polling booth address, Sharma said.
