The court of chief judicial magistrate, NT Ghadge, on Wednesday reserved its order on the criminal complaint filed by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) against Lavasa Corporation Ltd till Friday, November 11.
The MPCB filed a private complaint against Lavasa last Friday for violation of the Environment Protection Act (EPA), 1986.
