Actor Raja Chaudhary arrested by the Malad police station on Tuesday morning in case of intending to dishonour and wrongfully confining a small time actor in his flat last week.
Chaudhary was produced in the metropolitan court at Borivali and was released on bail.
Chaudhary was absconding since February 7, after an actor, Vivek Mishra, registered a case against Chaudhary for misbehaving with him in his flat.
“Mishra was in search of a flat. So Chaudhary had offered his own flat at Malad,” said R Prabhu, a police inspector of the Malad police station.
“Mishra went to Chaudhary’s house, where he took Mishra into the bedroom and started taking off his clothes. He then touched Mishra inappropriately,” said Prabhu. Mishra then lodged a complaint against Chaudhary.
