Several customers took to the social media platform to report issues in accessing the bank's services.

HDFC bank customers having problems operating internet banking today? If yes, do not worry. HDFC on Tuesday has apologised and assured that this will be fixed. The glitch comes at a time when the financial year is just about to end.

"Some customers are facing intermittent issues accessing our Net Banking or Mobile Banking App. We are looking into it on priority for resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience and request you to try again after some time. Thank you," HDFC Bank Cares tweeted.

Several customers took to the social media platform to report issues in accessing the bank's services. Some customers have raised apprehensions over possible 'losses'.

Many customers have alleged that this was not the first time that such a thing has happened. While some of the netizens claimed that glitch has been going on for three, some alleged six hours.

HDFC Bank Cares Twitter handle provides help to customers between 7 AM to 11 PM. It has urged the customers not to share any personal or banking information publicly, instead, they can direct message HDFC Bank Cares those details.

Through internet banking and mobile app banking, HDFC customers can do fund transfers, open any type of account, balance checks, take out the summary, checkbook order, online shopping, address change, and more.

HDFC Bank is not the only bank to face such outages. State Bank of India’s (SBI) YONO app also faced technical glitches last year which were addressed by the bank subsequently.
