Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, 12.30 crore applications have been received by the Central Government till July 13, 2021.

The PM Modi government has deposited as much as Rs 1.35 lakh crore in the bank accounts of 11 crore farmers of the country under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Now, farmers will also get the ninth installment (August-November) in their accounts soon. However, to the dismay of many farmers, they will not get this installment.

Mistakes in applications of more than 2 crore farmers

Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, 12.30 crore applications have been received by the Central Government till July 13, 2021. But, out of these, 2.77 crore farmers have made mistakes in their applications and these mistakes have to be corrected. In addition, transactions of about 27.50 lakh farmers have failed and applications of 31.63 lakh farmers have already been cancelled. Data of 2.84 crore farmers of Uttar Pradesh is yet to be corrected. The number of such farmers is even higher in Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Money is being recovered from farmers

The scheme is also being availed by people who are not covered under it. Many states have received such complaints. Governments have now identified such ineligible farmers and initiated action against them. The government has deducted the names of these ineligible people from the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. In addition, farmers who have wrongly taken money from the scheme are being recovered back.

Don't make such mistakes, installments will stop:

In fact, many small mistakes in the application may cause your installment to get stuck as

1. The farmer's name must be written in English.
2. Farmers whose names are in Hindi in the application must be corrected and written in English.
3. Payment may fail even if the name of the applicant in the application and the name of the applicant in the bank account are different.
4. If there is a mistake in writing the bank's IFSC code, bank account number and village name, your instalment will not come into your account.
5. Recently, the codes have changed IFSC banks that have merged with other banks. So the applicant should update his new IFSC code.
