If you are a State Bank of India (SBI) customer, then we have an important update for you. SBI YONO, SBI YONO Lite and SBI UPI facilities will be unavailable for the customers between 10:45 PM on July 10 and 00:15 on July 11. Taking to Twitter, SBI has informed that the internet services will not be available for 90 minutes due to maintenance activities.
SBI tweeted from its official Twitter handle, “We request our esteemed customers to bear with us as we strive to provide a better banking experience. We will be undertaking maintenance activities between 22.45 hrs on 10 July and 00:15 hrs on 11.07.2021. During this period, Internet Banking / YONO / YONO Lite / UPI will be unavailable. We regret the inconvenience caused and request you to bear with us.”
Meanwhile, banks are going on a long break this coming week as well, starting today. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released a long list of holidays for the banks in July 2021. In total, bank employees will be enjoying up to 15 holidays in July in certain regions, including a five-day break starting from Saturday (July 10).
Out of these, two leaves are for the second Saturday and Sunday occurring on July 10 and July 11, respectively.
