New traffic management plan on Satara Rd
Traffic planning department of the civic body has issued a release stating that the construction work of the flyover will be completed in two phases.
The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has made temporary changes in the traffic arrangements on Satara Road to facilitate the construction work of the flyover from Chavannagar to Bharati Vidyapeeth.
Traffic planning department of the civic body has issued a release stating that the construction work of the flyover will be completed in two phases. The construction work between Ahilyadevi Chowk and Bharati Vidyapeeth Chowk will be undertaken in the first phase.
During the construction work, bus rapid transit (BRT) system on Satara Road will be discontinued.
The BRTS bus stops will also be shifted during this period. The PMC also said that during the construction work, the road will be a no-parking zone to avoid traffic congestion.
