What is your solution to curb the rampant corruption in India?

The past four months have seen India being rocked by one corruption scandal after another. From the Commonwealth Games scam and the Adarsh Society scandal to the alleged skulduggery in the allocation of second generation mobile telephony spectrum, the Yeddyurappa family's land deals in Karnataka, and the housing finance scam, corruption seems to have bared its fangs in India like never before.

Does this point to a plummeting of moral standards in Indian society? Have we become more tolerant or simply more indifferent? Is there any way to rein in this rampant corruption? Or should we just give up and accept it as a way of life? What would you do?
