WrestleMania 34: John Cena to retire Undertaker? WWE Wrestlemania 2018 match card, winners and predictions

Written By DNA Web Team | Updated: Apr 09, 2018, 06:19 AM IST

John Cena has challenged Undertaker for a match at Wrestlemania 34.

It's Wrestlemania time. The Wrestlemania 34 will take place on Sunday night (Monday morning in India) with a special two-hour kickoff show beginning at 2:30 am IST, with the main card going down at 4:30 am IST. The Wrestlemania 34 takes place at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, and the loaded card set for the event could be one for the ages.

Here is the Wrestlemania 34 match card and our predictions:

John Cena v/s The Undertaker

The match is not yet confirmed but of course it is taking place.

Fans who watched WrestleMania 33 probably thought that was it for The Undertaker. But it seems like "The Deadman" will be back for one more match. The Undertaker will most likely face Cena in an unsanctioned match at WrestleMania 34.

Logically, it should be The Undertaker's last match and he looks set to retire after losing to Cena.

However, a win for Undertaker will give him a chance to go out on high. And it would not affect Cena that much.

Winner prediction: The Undertaker

Brock Lesnar v/s Roman Reigns - WWE Universal Championship

Roman Reigns won the men's Elimination Chamber Match to earn a title shot at Brock Lesnar. They had previously fought in the main event of WrestleMania 31 but Seth Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to prevent us from finding out who would have won the contest.

It looks like this is set to be the year of the 'Big Dog'- WWE may cement Roman's place at the top with a win.

Winner prediction: Roman Reigns

Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle v/s  Stephanie McMahon and Triple H

This will be the in-ring action debut of UFC icon Ronda Rousey in WWE. Rousey would team up with Kurt Angle against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

It would be a waste of Rousey's hype if it doesn't end in a victory for her.

Winner prediction: Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle

AJ Styles v/s Shinsuke Nakamura - WWE Championship

Here is the dream match- ever since the two men joined WWE, fans have been asking for this. WWE Champion AJ Styles is scheduled to face the men's Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura in what many people see as the ultimate dream match on this year's show.

It is expected that this rivalry will last a couple of Pay-Per-Views, so it would make sense for Nakamura to walk away with the title.

Winner prediction: Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle

Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon v/s Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn

WrestleMania XXX took place at the same venue when Daniel Bryan completed his fairytale journey to the WWE Championship, winning two matches on the same night against Triple H and then Batista and Randy Orton.

Now, Bryan will make his long-awaited return to in-ring action at WrestleMania when he teams with Shane McMahon to take on Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

There is a massive stipulation attached to the contest which will see KO and Zayn reinstated to SmackDown if they can pick up a victory.

We may see a big heel turn too. Fingers crossed.

Winner prediction: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn

The Miz v/s Finn Balor v/s Seth Rollins - Intercontinental Championship

The Miz will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Finn Balor and Seth Rollins in a Triple Threat match.

It is very tough match to predict as there is no clear path visible for the other two in the future. The Miz may become the longest reiging Intercontinental Champion if he retains the title at Wrestlemania 34.

Winner prediction: The Miz

Asuka v/s Charlotte Flair - SmackDown Women's Championship

Asuka chose Charlotte as her WrestleMania opponet after winning the first ever women's Royal Rumble match. The Empress of Tomorrow has never been beaten in WWE.

Asuka is unlikely to lose her streak. However, we expect a great show by Charlotte here.

Winner prediction: Asuka

Alexa Bliss v/s Nia Jax - RAW Women's Championship

Alexa Bliss will face her 'best friend' Nia Jax. WWE has built a 'betrayal' storyline and Nia looks set to take her revenge. However, Mickey James could play an important role in the match.

Winner prediction: Nia Jax via disqualification (Alexa Bliss reatins the title)

Sheamus and Cesaro v/s Braun Strowman and ??? - RAW Tag Team Championship

Braun Strowman won a Tag Team Battle Royal without a tag team partner to earn a surprise shot at The Bar tonight. The main focus of the match will be on the mystery tag team partner rather than the win. Several names have been rumoured including Dean Ambrose, Big Show and Kane.

Winner prediction: Braun Strowman

The Usos v/s The New Day v/s The Bludgeon Brothers - SmackDown Tag Team Championship

Harper and Rowan had taken out both the other teams at WWE Fastlane. It seems it will be the same at Wrestlemania 34.

Winner prediction: The Bludgeon Brothers

Randy Orton v/s Bobby Roode v/s Jinder Mahal v/s Rusev- United States Championship

Rusev Day anyone?

This match no sense other than giving Randy Orton and others to do something. We would just like to see Rusev back as US Champ.

Winner prediction: Rusev

Cedric Alexander vs Mustafa Ali - Cruiserweight Championship

Cedric Alexander v/s Mustafa Ali should be a fun match to watch. It is expected to be a high-octane affair.

Winner prediction: Cedric Alexander

The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal and the first Women Battle Royal will also take place this year.
