In Himachal Pradesh's tribal district of Kaza between Lahaul and Spiti, cold wave and snow have surrounded the place and have ceased every activity and operation.
The average temperature hovers between -20 to -23 Degrees.
However, the youth and millenials in Kaza, however, haven't been perturbed by any of those in a place what is called as 'Cold Desert'.
Only last year, an ice-hockey ground was prepared in the district and the youth is in full enjoyment mode in the current winter season.
Temperatures are so low here that once the ground is watered, it automatically turns into snow in a few hours.
The basics and specific of the sport are being taught nowadays and the locals see it as a way to grow the winter tourism in the area.
