Wimbledon 2019 Highlights: Simona Halep crushes Serena Williams in one-sided affair to win women's title

It seemed like Serena Williams was finding her range in the second set. The players held their serves in the first four games. However, Simona then broke Serena and went on to win the final five games of games. She managed to win the match in just 56 minutes taking the match 6-2 6-2.

It was an easy set for Halep. She broke Serena in the very first game and then in the next one as well. Serena seemed blown away by her start and it took her four games to find her feet. Serena pushed Simona in the sixth game and earned two break points. But, Simona proved that she can fight off pressure as she went on to hold her serve. She took the set 6-2 in the end.
