A delegations of MPs will represent India at a high-level meeting on youth issues organised by the United Nations in New York.
The delegation led by Sports Minister Ajay Maken has BJP's youth wing chief Anurag Thakur as a member.
They will represent India at the prestigious youth meet "Youth: Dialogue & Mutual Understanding" organised by the UN General Assembly on Monday and Tuesday.
"I am humbled by this opportunity to participate in this prestigious forum," Thakur said in a release.
The special event is being organized as part of the International Year of Youth.
