Arsenal's Russian midfielder Andrey Arshavin has said that it would take a "miracle" for his club to win the Premier League or Champions League.
He doubts whether manager Arsene Wenger will make any move in the January transfer window despite their injury problems.
"My greatest dream is to win a title with my club. Naturally, it would be better if we won the Premier League or the Champions League," Arshavin said.
"But to do this we need a miracle, which is to start playing finally with our optimal line-up. I do not think we have had it once this season," the Daily Express quoted him, as saying.
Arsenal are three points behind leaders Chelsea and Arshavin added: "I have a feeling that Arsenal are not going to buy in the transfer window. Or, if we do, it will be at the very last moment."
Arshavin still has foot trouble and has difficulty getting used to the physicality of the domestic game.
"Although my right foot hurts me much less than before, prepared to play," he said.
Arsenal is awaiting results on Denilson who was carried off after collapsing against Everton.
