MELBOURNE: Former captain Greg Chappell will coach the Adam Gilchrist-led All Stars team in the Twenty20 match against the current Australian team scheduled for November 14.
Cricket Australia have scheduled a Twenty20 contest between a Australian Cricketers' Association All-Stars team and the current Australian team as the season opening match.
Chappell, now head coach of CA's Centre of Excellence in Brisbane, will coach the side that will also include former opening batsman Justin Langer.
Controversial all-rounder Andrew Symonds and Shaun Tait could also feature in the All Stars team.
