Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit hails Sachin Tendulkar

Tendulkar created history when he scored an unbeaten 200 to steer India to a massive 401 for three against South Africa in the second one day international in Gwalior.

Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit today congratulated Sachin Tendulkar on becoming the first cricketer to score a double century in the history of one-day cricket and said his innings would be remembered for all time to come.

"We all Delhiites join every Indian in celebrating this memorable achievement of Sachin Tendulkar," Dikshit said.
