Indian cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar left nobody to thank during his emotional farewell speech after the second Test against West Indies, when he finally got the microphone.
He first thanked wife Anjali and said that his partnership with her was the best in his life, also thanking 'precious diamonds of his life', son Arjun and daughter Sara.
He then made a special mention of Mumbai cricket and BCCI and said they supported him tremendously throughout his career, along with mentor Achrekar sir.
He also thanked all the senior cricketers who played with him, going on to call them family, such as Sourav Ganguly, VVS Laxman and Rahul Dravid, who were witnessing from the stands.
Sachin made special reference of his earlier manager Mark Mascarenhas and his current management company WSG.
Lastly, Tendulkar thanked the physios and doctors for their continued perseverance while working on his 'difficult' body and ended the speech with an emotional thank you to his fans, who followed suit with loud chants of 'Sachin, Sachin'.
