Injured India pacer Ishant Sharma is virtually out of the second One-Day International against England here on Monday

INDORE: Injured India pacer Ishant Sharma is virtually out of the second One-Day International against England here on Monday, while a final call on whether Yuvraj Singh can play would be taken before the match.

"Ishant is virtually out of the match as if he doesn't play here, it would give him between 5-7 days' time to recover (from his ankle sprain sustained in the fourth and final Test against Australia in Nagpur)," India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni said here on Sunday.

About the chances of Yuvraj, who had demolished the England attack with a blazing unbeaten knock of 138 braving a bad back in the first ODI at Rajkot on Friday, the home team skipper said a final call will be taken before the match.

"There's considerable improvement in Yuvraj's condition. But we will take a final call on him before the match," he said.
