The Liverpool takeover case will return to London's high court on Thursday following the restraining order against the club's sale obtained by the owners in a Texas district court.

Royal Bank of Scotland won a high court ruling on Wednesday allowing them to go ahead with the 300 million pounds ($477.2 million) sale of the club to New England Sports Ventures (NESV) only for current owners George Gillett and Tom Hicks to gain a temporary restraining order on the sale.
