Top gunRoman SebrleEvent: DecathlonCountry: Czech RepublicSebrle is the only man in the world to score over 9,000 points in decathlon. He won gold in Athens in 2004. At 35, Sebrle will take part in the two-day gruelling event that includes 100m, long jump, decathlon shot, high jump, decathlon 400m, 110m hurdles, discus, pole vault, javelin and 1500m. He intends to participate in the 2016 Olympics as well, but in golf.

Indian hopeJai BhagwanEvent: Boxing (60kg)He made his presence felt in the 60kg category by qualifying for the Olympics when he made it to the quarterfinals of the World Championships in 2011. A two-time Asian Championship medallist and a bronze winner at the Delhi Commonwealth Games, he is training in Ireland at the moment along with the rest of the squad.
