Amir Khan and his wife Faryal Makhdoom engaged in a bizarre and outrageous fight on Twitter where they accused each other of the cheating. Khan claimed that his wife was having an affair with heavyweight champion Antony Joshua, while the model hit back saying that her husband was the cheater.
A family source told Daily Mail: 'Amir and Faryal have split up. It's over. There have been problems in the relationship for a long time and they were headed for a separation. It's the best outcome. She's a gold-digger.'
Khan had written on Twitter: 'So me and the wife Faryal have agreed to split. I'm currently in Dubai. Wish her all the best.”
Faryan then shot back: “Lol moved up in the weight classes lol. Trust me I ain't the jealous type. No need to send me pictures of the men your talking to #disgusted.”
This led Khan to write: “Left my family and friends for this Faryal. I'm not hurt but another fighter. I'm making it public. You getting the divorce. Mans like Joshua can have my left overs!”
Reacting to that war of words, Joshua said that he preferred 'big beautiful women or BBW'.
