The test results of the B-Sample of Nigerian athlete Samuel Okon, who tested positive for a banned stimulant and was provisionally suspended today, would be known only tomorrow, the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) announced in New Delhi.

"Okon tested positive for the banned stimulant methylhexaneamine, a prohibited stimulant under Category S6 of the World Ant-Doping Agency's list of prohibited substances and methods," the CGF said in a statement.

Okon, who finished sixth in men's 110m hurdles, has been provisionally suspended and the hearing was held by CGF today.

"The result of his B Sample may not be available for another 24 hours," the statement said.

Okon was the second athlete to have flunked a dope test in the Games following compatriot and women's 100m champion Osayomi Oludamola, who also tested positive for the same stimulant.

Her B Sample is also being tested and the result will also be known tomorrow.

If Osayomi is disqualified, Natasha Mayers 9St Vincent and Grenadines) would get Gold, third placed Catherine Endacott (England) would get Silver and fourth placed Bertille Delphine Atangana of Cameroon will get the bronze.
