Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari and prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani have also congratulated the team, and said that they hoped the side would continue to play with the same spirit.The team registered their first Test win against Australia in 15 years, when they scrammed home to a three-wicket win to level the two-match series 1-1 on Saturday.Pakistan started the day on 140 for three, chasing a modest 180 to win, but lost four wickets for 40 runs to set up a nailbiting finish.Umar Gul hit the winning run in the 51st over with a drive through cover off Mitchell Johnson. It was Pakistan’s first Test victory over Australia since 1995, with the Australians winning 13 matches on the trot since then. Australia had won the first Test at Lord’s by 150 runs.
