Wrestler Risako Kawai clinched Japan's fourth gold on the 13th day of Rio 2016 by defeating Belarus' Mariya Mamashuk in the 63kg freestyle wrestling event.

Even after the final fight got over, in which Kawai won by 3-0, she had the strength left to slam her coach, Kazuhito Sakae,  twice on the mat as she celebrated the win. According to telegraph.co.uk, Kawai was quoted as saying, ""Before the final, the coach said he wanted me to lift him on his shoulders. The three wrestlers the previous day all won gold so they got to do that, and I said I wanted to be first to slam him and he let me do it."
