AS Roma threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at Chievo and waste the chance to go third in Serie A on Saturday.Davide Moscardelli sparked Chievo's comeback midway through the second half, before Pablo Granoche equalised seven minutes from time.Roma's Daniele De Rossi was dismissed for a nasty foul as the visitors' frustration showed.Adriano, who had criticised Roma coach Claudio Ranieri in midweek for not having enough playing time, finally got a start and was involved in both first-half goals for Brazilian compatriot Simplicio on a terrible pitch.Ranieri rested usual forwards Marco Borriello and Francesco Totti given last weekend's 3-1 defeat at Palermo and with one eye on next week's crucial Champions League group match at CFR Cluj.Roma stay seventh in Serie A, seven points behind first-placed AC Milan, who were looking to extend their lead at home to Brescia later on Saturday.
