Sania’s father, sister among 12 close relatives to attend receptions in Pakistan

Indian tennis star Sania Mirza’s 12 relatives along with her father Imran Mirza and sister Anam Mirza are likely to attend the receptions of the sports couple, which would be held in Sialkot and Lahore.

Family sources said that Shoaib Malik would also accompany his in-laws to India.

Shoaib along with his newly married wife arrived at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport on Thursday (April 22) and soon took a flight to Islamabad.

Over 1200 guests are expected to attend Shoaib Sania’s ‘walima’ reception, which would be held at a five-star hotel in Lahore on April 25.

According to sources in Shoaib’s family, seats for over 1200 guests have been reserved at the hotel for the function.

According to hotel sources, guests would be served with only one dish during the function.

The hotel management has asked the local police authorities to arrange for foolproof security during the high profile function.
