Former Pakistan pace spearhead Shoaib Akhtar believes that arch rivals India and Pakistan would be the 'cornered tigers' in the forthcoming World Cup, which gets underway from February 14 in Australia and New Zealand.
Akhtar, also known as 'Rawalpindi Express', said that India and Pakistan were cornered tigers in the tournament, adding that the match between both teams would start from the dressing room itself, the Dawn reported.
The former pace bowler added that the last 15-20 days would be the most crucial in a World Cup competition.
Pakistan will open their World Cup campaign against arch-rivals India on February 15 in Adelaide.
