Events took a tragic turn after Pakistani pacer Junaid Khan's first child passed away on Thursday. The cricketer took to Twitter to make the news public and informed that his wife was recovering in the hospital.
He tweeted, "Worst day in my life i have lost my first baby but with the grace of allah my wife health is good and she is doing better now. Thanks Allah"
The bowler had earlier shared the news about his wife’s hospitalisation, asking everyone to pray for her speedy recovery.
Soon after the incident, messages flew in from all corners condoling the death of infant.
Junaid thanked the well wishers.
