LUCKNOW: Indian paceman Rudra Pratap Singh, who played a stellar role in India's title run at the Twenty20 World Cup, is in line for a cash bonanza.
Singh would be conferred with the first Manyavar Kanshiramji International Sports Award, which carries a prize money of Rs. 10 lakh, for his outstanding performance at the Twenty20 cricket World Cup in South Africa.
The prize would be given to Singh at an opportune time by the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati, her principal secretary Shailesh Krishna said.
