GOSLAR: German CSC rider Jens Voigt on Thursday won the second stage of the Tour of Germany over 181.5km between Mindent and Goslar ahead of Italian Davide Rebellin and Kazakh Andrey Kaschechkin.
Russian Vladimir Gusev of the Discovery Channel team holds the overall leader's yellow jersey.
