Love-rat Wayne Rooney's infamous "Auld Slapper" hooker has sent a sensational letter to his wife Coleen from her deathbed, which says that she never had sex with the soccer ace.
Patricia Tierney apologised for ever setting eyes on the Manchester United striker in the £45-a-time brothel.
But she has assured Coleen she only worked there as a receptionist and never had sex with her husband.
She begs her to urge Wayne, 25, to clear her name by publicly stating their alleged 2002 romp in the Liverpool vice den never happened.
Tierney, 56, who has been warned she may not survive a 17-hour operation next month after a two-year battle with breast cancer, was so desperate to clear her name that she got her daughter Patricia junior, 34, to pen the letter to Coleen, 24.
"Dear Coleen, my mum never was, and never has been, a prostitute. The mistake she made was to accept a job in a brothel as a receptionist for cash in hand, which she now regrets," the Daily Star quoted the note as stating.
"She has never slept with Wayne. She knows it and Wayne knows it.
"We have nothing left but hope that you or Wayne come forward to tell the truth that my mum hasn't slept with Wayne. Thank you once again for taking the time to read this letter. Hope to hear from you," the note added.
Tierney added, "I have never had sex with Wayne Rooney, I swear on my life. All I am asking for is for Wayne to clear my name."
But the plea has fallen on deaf ears.
Tierney got a call from Rooney's advisors last week to say: "My client cannot help."
