It is not known how big a window the state police will demand but Shah Rukh Khan’s team has home matches lined up on April 11, 20, 23, 28, May 7, 16 and 22. The election in Kolkata is on April 27 which means the April 28 match will have to be shifted or postponed. Besides, the police may ask the May 16 game to be rescheduled to ensure law and order on the day of swearing-in.
Chennai and Kochi are unlikely to face problems as both TN and Kerala will go to polls on April 13. Chennai is to host matches on April 8, 16, 25, May 1, 4, 12 and 18. It is also scheduled to host play and final on April 27 and 28.
