Apple’s popular smartphone, the iPhone X, is currently priced at Rs 89,000 via Flipkart. But, customers can get the device for a cheaper price.
Customers can get a discount of up to Rs 18,000 on an exchange with their old smartphones. This brings down the price to Rs 71,000. Also, Axis bank Buzz Credit Card holders will get an extra 5 percent off too.
In terms of specifications, the iPhone X sports a 5.8 inch Super Retina HD Display and is powered by the company’s A11 Bionic chip. It comes equipped with a 12MP + 12MP dual rear cameras along with a 7MP front-facing camera. The smartphone comes with a battery that claims to last up to 2 hours longer than the iPhone 7.
In October last year, Apple reported that the initial pre-orders for the 10th anniversary phone were "off the charts". The company's website showed delivery times pushed out to five to six weeks for the phone, compared to an initial plan of November 3.
The company is rumoured to launch three iPhones this year, which will adopt the same design as the iPhone X. According to Mac Rumours, Kuo believes that all three models will be equipped with a full-screen notched design and TrueDepth camera system like the iPhone X. The iPhones could be available in three different sizes - a 5.8-inch phone with an OLED display, a 6.5-inch phone with an OLED display and a 6.1-inch phone with an LCD display respectively.
While the first two devices will cater to the high-end market, the new TFT-LCD model might be the most affordable iPhone from the group. This model may start around $649 to $749 (approximately Rs 42,500 to Rs 49,000) which is around the same price range of an iPhone 8.
