Lenovo has launched the K6, K6 Power, and K6 Note at the IFA 2016 tradeshow in Berlin, Germany. The smartphones will be available to consumers by early September although the company has not yet announced the price tag that these smartphones will carry.
All three devices are powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor (Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.2GHz + Cortex-A53 clocked at 1.5GHz), Adreno 505 GPU and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The smartphone will also come with a fingerprint scanner and dual-SIM card slots.
Lenovo K6
The Lenovo K6 sports a 5-inch display with full HD (1920x1090 pixels) resolution and 2GB RAM. The smartphone comes in two inbuilt storage options: 16GB and 32GB. Both of which are can be further expanded via a microSD card. Other internals include a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, an 8-megapixel front camera, and a 3000mAh battery. The device also comes with 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS connectivity options.
Lenovo K6 Power
Most of the specifications of the Lenovo K6 Power are identical to the Lenovo K6 with a few exceptions. The former comes in two variants: 2GB RAM with 16GB of inbuilt storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB of storage. Apart from that, it also comes with a more powerful 4000mAh battery and Dolby Atmos technology.
Lenovo K6 Note
The Lenovo K6 Note is the most premium of the lot, sporting a larger 5.5-inch IPS display with a full HD (1920x1080 pixels) resolution and features a 4000mAh battery. The smartphone comes in two RAM/Storage options: 3GB RAM coupled with 32GB of storage and 4GB RAM with 32GB of internal storage. The device storage is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card. On the camera front, this device packs a 16-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera. Similar to the K6 Power, this smartphone also supports Dolby Atmos and a 4000mAh battery.
The Lenovo K6 series sports a metal unibody design and will be available in three colours: Dark Grey, Gold, and Silver.
