Motorola releases its latest flagship the Moto X Force with the first-ever shatterproof screen in India today.

Known as the Motorola Droid Turbo 2 in U.S, the Moto X Force come equipped with a 5.4-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors at a resolution of 1440x2560 with a 540 ppi pixel density. It will run on Android Lollipop 5.1.1 with plans to upgrade to Android Marshmallow 6.0. It will use the processing power of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset with Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53, Quad-core 2 GHz Cortex-A57 CPU and an Adreno 430 GPU.

It will also have a 21 MP, f/2.0 dual-LED rear camera which can shoot video at 2160p at 30fps and HDR videos 1080p at 30fps and a 5MP f/2.0 LED flash secondary camera for selfies.

The Moto X Force will come have single-SIM slot and connectivity features like dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, A-GPS​ and 4G LTE. The phone will come in 32GB and 64GB varients (expandable upto 2TB)

It will be powered by a Li-Ion 3760mAh battery which supports Turbo and Qi wireless charging. The Moto X Force will be available in black, white and grey variants and go on sale on February 8 on online stores like Amazon and Flipkart and retail chains like Croma and Spice Hotspot. The phone will be priced at Rs Rs 49,999 (34GB) and Rs 53,999 (64GB)
