This partnership doesn’t only mean customer support for Swipe users, but also makes Swipe Telecom the first ever company to enable cash-on-delivery purchases of their devices with a simple message on Haptik itself.
Haptik Inc has an app on the iTunes store and Play Store that enables customers to avail of customer service and support for over 200 companies across 13 categories, in a real-time, private, asynchronous way. "Just send a message through the app and a Haptik expert will respond within five minutes."
