Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan who are both gearing up for the release of their upcoming film 'Collie No 1', will be appearing as guests on 'The Kapil Sharma Show' in the comedy show's weekend episode.
A recent promo video shared by SONY on their verified Instagram handle reveals that the lead cast of the film are having a gala time on the comedy-chat show's sets while host Kapil, in his trademark style asks some question and makes funny remarks while the guests engage in a fun conversation.
The weekend episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, which will be a Christmas special, will see Sara and Varun dancing to recently released track from the film titled 'Tujhko Mirchi Lagi Toh'. The promo also shows the 'Badlapur' actor selling some 'pani-puri' to the upcoming film's lead actress Sara.
While speaking about working with Sara, Varun revealed in the show's promo that actors like Ayushmann Khurrana, Vicky Kaushal and Kartik Aryan messaged and warned him against working with the 'Simmba' star.
Varun is heard saying, "Inke (Sara) saath kam kar raha tha toh mujhe Ayushmann, Kartik, Vicky Kaushal, sabne message kiya tha," to which Sara asks, "Kya bola tha?" Varun responds, "Ki bachke rehna."
After Varun's statement, everyone breaks into laughter.

'Coolie No 1' is all set for an OTT release on Christmas. It is a remake of the 1995 hit film of the same name starring Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in the lead roles.
Varun and Sara's Coolie No 1 which was supposed to release in theatres in May 2020, got delayed due to the coronavirus-induced lockdown.
