Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Sacred Games season 2 went live on Netflix on Independence Day. Many a fans of Sacred Games, who had been waiting for season two of India's first Netflix Original, began binge-watching it at the stroke of midnight itself.
But was season two of the much awaited web series worth the hype? Netizens don't seem to think so. While a section of the fans have appreciated the performances of the lead actors, most of them were left utterly disappointed with the way Sacred Games 2 has panned out after over a year long wait.
While the characters of Pankaj Tripathi, Kalki Koechlin, Surveen Chawla and Ranveer Shorey did ignite intrigue from the teasers and first look posters, looks like the netizens felt let down with season two of Sacred Games, especially when compared to its first season.
