Elvish Yadav recently appeared before the Enforcement Directorate in Lucknow for questioning in a money laundering case linked to the suspected use of snake venom as a recreational drug in parties. Now, the YouTuber has found himself in trouble again for not adhering to rules at the Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi.
According to reports, a police complaint has been filed against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner for clicking photos inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple complex. The reports suggest that a Varanasi sessions court advocate filed this complaint against the YouTuber, Prateek Kumar Singh.
In his complaint, Prateek Kumar claims that questions have been raised on authorities for being biased towards Elvish for letting him take pictures inside the temple. For the unversed, the use of mobile phones and cameras is prohibited in the temple premises. Advocate Prateek has urged the police authorities to take action against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner.
Earlier, Elvish Yadav was arrested on March 17 by Noida Police in connection with its probe into the suspected use of snake venom as a recreational drug in parties that he allegedly hosted. The controversial 26-year-old YouTuber, also the winner of reality show Bigg Boss OTT 2, was booked under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code (IPC) by the Noida Police.
Meanwhile, after winning Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav was seen in several music videos with Manisha Rani and Urvashi Rautela. The YouTuber is back to making content on YouTube and was recently seen in Bigg Boss OTT 3 as a guest to support his friend Lovekesh Kataria in the show. He was joined by Faisal Shaikh on the show, who ended up as first runner-up in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 in 2022 and came to support his friend Adnaan Shaikh.
